I own ASND (sold some at 46), but can't believe that the current valuation is due to the core biz alone. IMHO, there is a $10 - 15 takeover premium in place with room for expansion if the likely mother candidate's (LU) ability to pay (stock price) expands.

I like ASND's positioning in the WAN market, but without the acquisition angle, I think there are better fish out there.
