Going on what Apple has already said, we can expect a kick-ass pro-line hardware with high tech styling, high performance processor (copper G3/G4/Altivec) plus all the latest ports, slots and busses. 4Q of calender 1998? Also expect a portable iMac which, like the eMate 300, will be suitable for children of all ages. 1-2Q of 1999? Thereafter, as Jobs said, expect each product quadrant to get a refresh on a 9 month rotation.
