Dear Jerry Greunbaum,

I understand you are in Germany on vacation so I will only ask one quick question.

Who created this Web Page?
wallstreetdaily.com

If I do not hear back, I will gladly answer for you.

Chris

Dear Jerry Greunbaum:

When will BLHG be an SEC reporting company? That would then be info we know we can trust and have confidence.

So many want to believe in BLHG, but our trust and confidence has, to say the least, been shattered.

Thank you Stock Investor,

As I had suspected, BLHG does monitor this puppy, huh???

I for one, do appreciate the time and effort that is now being taken to communicate with this thread.

That is even though we probably only represent 600-700 thousand shares and have maybe 80 to 100 individual investors.

I do not believe that members of this thread are in any way responsible for the slide in the stock price. And, since most of us opportunists have bought in at a much higher price, we should begin to think about what we could do to improve the stock price.

Being short sighted and impatient is probably not in our best interests. Every time someone goes militant and negative it may affect the price of the stock. There is nothing like shooting your self in the foot or right between the eyes.

We have no choice as responsible investors than to ask reasonable questions and to think of the overall picture. The people who are selling for less than 60 cents are people who probably do not have the information we have.

Put yourself in the position of trying to find a cost effective auditing firm that will work overseas and provide timely and accurate information. How about trying to orchestrate the new management scheme to re-direct the efforts of a manufacturing plant that previously only produced one product.

Yes, the Marketing guys said they had $50 mil in sales. How many of you know Marketing guys??

There is the story of the Bear Catcher and the Bear Skinner. The Skinner has a helluva lot tougher job than the Catcher.

Right now it occurs to me that Jerry Greunbaum needs the support of his investors, not their wrath.

Oh my, somebody kick me off my soap box, I'm only trying to protect my investment

Thanks Jerry, my Investment Newsletter recommended BLHG as a buy yesterday.

However, Maureen has yet to return any of my calls...
Please feel free to keep our 150 subscribers updated.

Have a safe return.

Mr. Gruenbaum,

Less than a year ago, this company was called Beacon Light Mining Co. and was issuing press releases concerning a joint mining venture in China. By Dec. 31 of last year, all mining "operations" were closed down and BLMG had no assets. Now the company is called Beacon Light Holdings Co. and again has issued numerous press releases concerning a joint venture in China. Can you enlighten me as to why this year's joint venture is more believable than last year's?

Now that you have addressed the issue of a possible investor lawsuit, it would seem appropriate that you address the question which led to the discussion of said lawsuit.

No more double speak please .... just honestly address why you released the April 1 press release claiming to have $50M in P.O.s when in fact you did not have them. Blaming it on Pinnacle and / or a definition / terminology problem has obviously not worked.

I still have an open mind to any reasonable explanation, but I am perturbed that you would post on this thread regarding shareholder action without clarifying for us why you put us in this position to begin with. Lets not forget ... it was your press release not ours.
