I like your scenario much better than mine. Unfortunately, I can't buy into it with the S&P below the 10ma, the 50ma, and a strong trend down. Short term, that is -- i.e. tomorrow. So I take it you think the advance/decline line is bogus. In late June, we were hitting +1500 on the $TICK. Today, it was -1300 to 100. That is a scary range in my book, and I don't even follow the $TICK indicator. I don't think this is the end -- I think we'll wiggle for a month or two, but I just don't see the days of a new high each day for eight days in a row again this year. Again, I'd love to be wrong.
