Your are forbidden to ever mention LGND on this thread.(:>)As you probably noticed, I don't post on the LGND thread, as I'm throughly disgusted with that stock and the never ending hype from certain individuals. 23,000 posts and the stock is below when Henry started the thread and appears to be heading even lower. I still own the stock and with great regrets I have put several of my friends(better check and see if they are still my friends) into the stock. I'm still PO with the recent purchase and can't understanding this course of action. Enough about LGND, lets talk about PM.

The gross margins are for the entire company and not just Liberty Medical. As for the downside, it has always been the issue of a cure for diabetes(I know LGND)but I don't see that happening in the near future. The latest news from Rezulin is just one example. For all practical purposes WLA can just about kiss the drug goodbye. Dr. are going to be very reluctant to prescribe this drug and when the lawsuits start, WLA will head for the hills.

The future for PM looks bright with the ever growing client list that would be ready customers for other mail-order products. Also Medicare will fund(starting in January or there abouts) educational information for diabetics. They understand that the controlling of this disease will provide great cost savings as opposed to the cost of treatments for the side-affects from this disease.

With PM's new understanding of PR, I think we will get more good news in the interim before we see the next quarters numbers reflecting the new Type II clients. Will be interesting to see how many of the pre-July 1 contacts(about 40,000 individuals) actually become customers of Liberty Medical. The mere fact that they contacted PM indicates to me that they certainly have an interest in their service.
