I am now convinced that we will see financials next week. Here is some info from hnlyinfo himself.
"To All
I spoke with Daisy today for about 20 minutes and believe it or not she
had some pretty good information or sales pitch. Daisy said since Magra
is across the border the auditing agency (Lazar, Levine & Co.)needed
some confirmation on a few pieces of information to include in the
report that SHOULD be in her hands by friday. Which means we should see
it next week. I also spoke to her about the pr or lack of pr going on at
Henley. She recognized the fact but wouldn't address any changes in the
future. She said she has been on vacation for about a week and will
return email messages starting next week. Daisy also acknowledged that
Henley has put out a few bids for other companies but has not received
any information back on those companies. As well, Daisy said a big
acquisition could be announced by the end of August. She actually
answered questions and also acknowledged Henley has submitted papers to
the SEC for a relisting of Henley's stock on the NASDAQ. This process
for relisting is slated for 4 - 6 months from now.
I also spoke with Meyerson this morning and found out that Henley failed
to close one acquisition last week but four other deals are on the table
at this time and one looks like a done deal. Meyerson said Henley is
supposed to have one acquisition per quarter and Henley failed to do so.
She said it looks like Henley will have the opportunity to acquire a
couple companies in the near future. She also said they are in the
process of wrapping up the Open Order deal and that Open Orders was a
profitable company. Asked about company financials and was told they
sould be released next week but to expect a loss per share for the
company and to expect a slight gain per share for the quarter ending in
September due to the profitability of Open Orders and the ongoing
acquisition of another company by the end of August. Finally, I asked
about the decreasing price and was told that since there was very small
volume with a price decline that a market correction was probably
hitting Henley as well. Asked about the price of Henley 6 months from
now and Meyerson still feels the price will be above one dollar.
I see many people are getting frustrated but I don't feel there is a
scam going on here because of so many players involved (Meyerson, Open
Orders, Magra, etc.). I am frustrated as well but see the low price as
an opportunity to lower my average price per share with a pending
acquisition and POSSIBLE profitability on the way. I will probably
pickup another 20,000 shares AFTER the financials are released that way
any non-informed people who want to dump their shares for a loss can do
so. Have faith in this one - by the end of 1998 you will be happy you
held your shares.
OFFTOPIC
AXGI - Get in while you can and anything under .20 will get great
returns in the next few weeks.
PNTV - Gearing up for an August rise in stock price, great news
ahead.
ELY - Still high on Callaway with all the new things happening.
Happy investing - HNLYINFO "
