...Ahhhh!! Found it! Let me rephrase....MSFDC charges consumers for bill presentment, CheckFree does not.

Benny(This only makes sense, MSFDC needs more revenue. If MSFDC is charging the billers the cost of a stamp, but sharing revenue with banks, they need to find more money)
