Recently was over at Broadway Consulting and they seem to be thriving. The traders over there seem to be comfortable with it as I didn't hear any complaints.

Re: the Watcher. I attempted to check it out some months ago. It runs (ran) dos-only, had to have the modem set up for dos use. Support for remote use was ad-hoc, calls returned days later. I concluded their remote technology was not robust, they were not serious about remote use except as a tool for folks who had traded in person with them and then elected to trade remotely. Kinda pricey on top of it as well. Never did get the thing to run and stopped wasting my time. Decided to pursue an indepent source for Level II, but all the LII providers bundle with basic quotes which I don't need... Cheers!
