Chuck, You may find that only 20-25% of IPM shareholders have e-mail addresses and you will need to get the SH list and use the shareholder communication policy of the TSE to do this. I suggest you call the transfer agent and get a list of their requrements and also call the TSE and ask about SH communication. There is another group that specializes in hostile communication and I will try to get their mumber for you.
