Hello Venkie and All

First I would like to thank all of you who have posted, as a small time investor I've learned a lot about Dell and have come to a conclusion that is a fabulous stock to go long on! I'm interested in learning more about charting, but am somewhat clueless as to where to start; could some of you help direct me to some books or magazines where I can learn some more? How useful is a method like charting in forecasting future stock movements? Do you recommend a better tool, other than charting to forecast?

And also one other comment, the more I hear about this upcoming market the more I'm frightened by it, how much credence do you put in what many analyst are calling an upcoming bear market or at least a major correction? Since I have been investing only since March, I don't really know how often or how severe these corrections can be. I would appreciate any information or advice I could get. Thanks a lot everybody!

GOOOOOOO Dell!

Hi all. Venkie- this is BS. What can we do. Now hypothetically assume all goes for worse and the impeachment issue comes up. Could this throw the market into a 10-20% fall? I think considering how well the market has held up to the Asia issue, I'd like to think it would be immune to Lewinsky. What yall think?

p.s. Do you guys think Japan will have to bite the bullet and raise inflation to breathe some life into their economy?
