I spoke with a broker today and I hope got a little insight. He felt the selling pressure was over now US listing announced. His perspective on why Canadian houses sold was simply that now FRX was moving off VSE they could no longer hold the stock in RRSP acct. or Funds for their clients due to foreign content rules. AS well Cannacord can't hold it in its Multiple OPP. fund. and he felt they unwound their position over past 90 days or so. It seems to make some sense since price went down after several contracts and SEC announcement. He also spoke with an analyst who stated FRX and Alydar were going to heat up as the consensus seems to favor factory automated solutions going forward. His comment was few companies such as FRX, Alydar got unfairly sold off with certain tool companies due to misconceptions by investors. Time and all roads seem to be headed to AUTOMATION OUTSOURCING.
