By hostile communications I mean they help SH gather proxies in the face of an entrenched management group who would be hostile to your efforts. I think they are called the Shareholder Communication Group, or something like that. I have just heard of them and have never dealt with them. 416 862 8088 is in the Toronto Phone book under "Shareholder Communication Canada Ltd"??? It may be them ?? They also cross link as the "Proxy Solicitation Company". I suspect they charge a fee?? Bill
