As far as "bouncing off the bottom" goes. If we get to 23 again, and if it again proves to be "very bullish" what does that mean? In the past it has meant a bounce up to the 30's (a nice gain) and a subsequent agonizing decline. Thats nice for a short term trader, but for an investor, its a zero-sum game (if you ever sell.)

Japan's NIKKEI 225 INDEX has formed a triple bottom so I don't think we should worry about Japan that much.

This just came out this morning....Daytraders on line recommending a buy on COMS....

** COMS - Stock is near a triple bottom level, let's look to pickup some shares
at any price of $25.50 or less and be ready to average on any further decline to
$24 - however, to reduce risk, maintain stop at $22. Price target over the
medium term is $27 to $28 plus. Some risk here, but it can be limited with a stop.
