abdias, could you tell me why you would say you have shares available at .15 when we don't know what this will open at? Saying you have these shares available for cheap and calling the company a dog does not make much sense to me if you want to get the highest value possible for them.

If you have a lot of them give me an email and we will see if we can strike a deal for me to purchase them for .15 sometime in Sept. , I don't get my crop harvested till then.

Abdias, I have been told that the financials will be done by month-end, that would be yesterday. Monday is a holiday here (Vancouver) so add a couple of days for potentially not being completed exactly on time and then a couple of days for the completion of the filing and I figure the timeline should take us to somewhere between Friday (07-Aug) and Tuesday (11-Aug). If they haven't been properly filed by then, then at that time I will start to question the integrity of John et al, as that is the timeline that was proposed to have this issue dealt with.

Don't get me wrong, I hate seeing a company get halted as a result of delinquency, there aren't really any "GOOD" excuses, however it is insufficient reason to condemn a company if you other wise believe in what they are doing.

I have not executed complete DD on SPE, but have seen many things that I do like with respect to the company. This is just my slant on things. Also suggest that once the financials have been filed that taking a serious look at them makes some sense as well, given the suggested state of SPE's overall financial well being. Then start to ask some questions about how to deal with whatever the current situation really is.

Salut,
Leigh McBain

PS - remember these are just MHO's.
