I doubt this type of use is possible. For example, lets take a cable Pay Per View event. If you go over to your friend's house, you can't pay for the event, it goes on his bill. Now, you could give him cash, but you could do that with the meter as well.

I'm not worried about the above-mentioned type of usage since the consumer is used to that type of arrangement. What I do want to see is the "multiple" accounts or a primary account with subaccounts. Most of the major online services have this feature and I believe the consumer will demand it.
