I would not have been surprised to see AMZN go to 200 a few weeks ago; companies like Diana Corp and Presstek made similar moves in the past on less fundamentals. Momentum and traders made the stock go to 150. Now technically the stock is broken which has greatly reduced demand. Momentum traders are fleeing, and the current bearish climate will be especially hard on all high flyers if it continues. With no upcoming news to give the stock a boost it will be difficult for AMZN to recover, even with a mild rebound in the market. If you are betting long AMZN, you had better bet on DOW 10,000, but if that's the case I'd rather be long DELL or MSFT.

Best Wishes,

Timoteo
