RE. ARET - TOMAHAWK - Delmar Janovec.

The explanation:

ARET(49%) and Delmar(51%) owns Tomahawk Construction (TC) 100%.

TC has the so called "Minority status" - Delmar took over 51% in order to maintain that status.
(as far as I can see it was done via a stock swap Delmar gave some appx.60M ARET to TC and got 51% of TC's - The deal that left him with only 15% of ARET (there were no lowering of outstanding ARET) - This has later been raised to appx.35% via ARET issuing 80mio and acquiring FAMC which was owned 85% by Delmar)

Minority status is a huge business advantage for a company like ours.

BIG construction companies doing projects must include minority status companies in minimum 10% of the project.

ARET-Tomahawk have joint-venture agreements (Dunn industries for Flour Daniel bids and Barrick for casinos) giving that Tomahawk will be included in some of their projects. This also goes for maintenance contracts.
