Two years ago, E&Y put 3500 named / 1500 concurrent seats into their Tax Compliance department. Total custom application w/imaging. Docs made the sale, but the integrator made the system work.

ICM was the integrator.

Microsoft thought alot of the system, gave them the business system of the year (or something). The system is still in play.
