Milt, welcome to the ipmcf thread.
As Richard says over and over on the MXAM thread, the more
shareholders post, the more we all learn, and stronger for it.
Even if someone posts misleading or bad info, I feel that there
are enought threaders on this and ipmcf thread that have the
insight and experience to scope it out. Nothing wrong with any
threader asking us to take a path, just so Richard and the other
well knowned knowledgable pro-IPM are here to examine it. And if
bad advice or off the wall, lets simply say so and thank them for
helping us see paths and stuff we want to advoid. Important that
Charles and Rob and Paunch don't spend time on wild goose chases,
so it would be better for others to accept these new ideas and
suggesting and look for strengths and weaknesses.
On the ipmcf thread, I posted a post along these thoughts.

Also, to contact ipmcf shareholders that gave up on the ipmcf thread
when ipmcf went to 0.01, maby they are on other threads and are not
aware of whats happening. How can we "broadcast" a message. We could
as SI management if a note could be placed on the home page, and
it wouldn't take but one other thread reader to see and post on the
other thread. Also, who has accss to that Yahoo place that could
spread the word to get the attention of unaware ipmcf shareholders.

Milt, forgot to touch on your comment about the current
IPM management. Contact made with John Yellich and maby
Alan Doyle. I'am not in the loop, I don't know stuff.
But my understanding that with the time constrants on
this activity, the success may depend on these peoples
help. To not access them from the beginning, in my option,
would be too risky. These guys dealing with them are
capabile to know if the dealing with them will help us.
And even if mistakes were made in the past, just so their
help is now helpful, we need their help.
I do not know whos to blame, but if thru any legal and
moral means we get ipmcf upright, then lets be thankful
and lets be careful now and not simple angry. Once again,
these three guys are doing all the work, so lets not hinder
them. I do agree strongly, that IPM management should not only
listen to us, BUT IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE TALK TO US ON THE OFFICIAL
IPM.COM WEB PAGE.

To: John Yellich and Alan Doyle, From: Doug A K
If you'r helping in this shareholders activity to pay off the
chapter 11 debt plan so the dirt can remain with the shareholders,
then there are shareholders that want to join in, but will not
until they hear from the IPM Company. No time for a postal letter
thru the mail, it has to be done now at the IPM.COM web site.
This could be a deciding factor in the success or not.
Thanks
Doug

McMadden,
I apologize for not explaining myself, I have a tendency to think that everyone i am speaking to is thinking like i am, on of my greater faults.
What i was saying when i said our company was yours and mine, this is the share holders company, management is only running it for us, they are temporary, voted in once each year. We are here always unless we choose to sell.I will try to be more explanatory in the future.
