A follow up on last posting regarding NASDAQ listing...

The bottom line in my last posting was the p.s. repeated here.

<p.s. on doing a little further research, for example HTEK, it was listed removed from the OTCBB in the dailies on the 27th and added to NASDAQ in the dailies on the 27th. In looking at the company press releases, there was public disclosure made on the 22nd. So it looks like we may get 5 days advanced notice before listing.>

A little more information on this example, HTEK. I went through all the other new listings on NASDAQ for the month of July that came from the OTCBB. This one was the only one to have been delisted from NASDAQ in 1992 in a manner similar to the way SNRS was delisted and in the same time frame. FWIW, their announcement of relisting came 7 days after announcing their quarter.
