Really, La Nina is the "sister" of El Nino and brings cold weather. BTW, also, this A.M. on CNBC there was an analyst recommending SLB. Says that no matter what oil prices are,oil companies still have to drill or they lose their leases and that oil won't stay this low for long, anyway.
