Tony, I wish you would join SI as we could use a little more sincere DD and intellect and a lot less garbage and idiotic posts. When TSIG started to gain steam a few months ago, a significant amount of DD was done by many people. Legitimate questions were asked and answered to the best of most poster's abilities. Sure there were "hypers"... if one chooses to call someone a "hyper" because they have done their homework and like the company as an investment. And yes, there were a few bashers... some overt and some quite clever. But, Tony, IMHO this new thread is a farce. Just read through the posts. Even some of the longs are behaving ridiculously with their needless repetitive responses to some of the individuals on this thread. I used to post quite a bit... especially if I had some DD to share. But other than exposing a few overt "plants", it just wasn't worth the effort. IMHO, TSIG will succeed. I am a long-term investor in TSIG and that is my personal decision. A review of my previous posts... especially on the old thread started by Gambler... will explain my feelings and reasoning. For the sake of brevity, let's just say I believe Rob Gordon to be one of the best dealmakers around, TSIG has new top caliber management, and they have a great concept of becoming a leader, if not the leader in the teleservices/internet sector. The CCI website, as great as it is (thanks to Hastings Communications), is still, IMHO, going to be only a small part of what I believe Rob Gordon wants TSIG to become... and that is a conglomerate. And, again IMHO, I sincerely believe he will succeed, but it will take time. If some people choose to trade the stock that is their choice, but I, for one, have put my shares away for a few years. First a baby crawls, then he walks, and then he runs. TSIG, IMO, is just starting to crawl, but like a baby when he/she takes their first steps it all happens very fast... and before you know it they've grown into adults. I've done plenty of trading in my 40+ years in the market, but my best returns have always come from watching the baby grow over the years. I do my DD and then follow the company and my gut feeling. I do have one final point to bring up and that is the sudden appearance of this new thread last week by herring... a newbie by his own admission. Contrary to his proported reasons for starting this new thread, I find a few factors unusual. One is the timing. Two is the fact that "herring" has now disappeared and, other than his initial mass mailing by PMs and broadcast posts to come over to his new thread, he has not, IMO, added one thing. Thirdly, I find it most interesting that "trial members" were barred by SI from posting on the old thread... but not on this one. The name of the old thread could easily have been changed to reflect whatever the thread members desired and SI approved of. So why the major "production" about starting a new thread by "herring" and where has he been after making a few posts over the first few days, and could there possibly be a motive to start a new thread where "trial members" (most of whom are obvious "plants") could find an audience? Tony, I am not referring to "trial members" such as yourself, but it should be quite easy for you and anyone else with any intelligence to know the individuals I am referring to. Some of the "bashers" even on the old thread were pretty "slick", but most got caught. There is nothing wrong with good DD, be it negative or positive, as that hopefully leads to polite discussion and debate and helps people in their decision making. IMHO, I believe those who choose not going through a pile of garbage posts should return to the old thread where temporary hired guns (obviously not you and a few others) cannot post. Join SI, Tony, and let's all go back to the original thread and leave most of the "bashers" here to talk to themselves... and, no, I don't work for SI, TSIG, or any affiliated company including MMs or brokerages. Best wishes, Marty
