To Jeff - with Greetings (and seeking comments from anyone else):

I am a fellow PKC shareholder. I have called the company in the past before buying in. A couple of weeks ago I had an unsolicited call from a gentleman at PKC Investor Relations. During this call it was suggested that there could be a substantial number of shares traded at around 90 cents, the trade involving US investors. I have been watching and it hasn't happened yet. Instead the share price slipped to the present 60 cents level. Two thoughts...

1. There have been a large number of messages on the Harken (HEC) thread in the past few days, including a discussion on so-called floorless financing by Harken. PKC is substantially undervalued. Perhaps they were very wise not to exercise their option for the further drilling with Harken. we shall see. I am guessing that Harken's management decisions have been affecting the PKC price.

2. The continuing slide of the Canadian Dollar may have postponed the US interest. Why pay an exchange rate of 67 cents US per Canadian Dollar when you can wait and pay perhaps 65 cents... for a benefit of 3%...

This is a great little company, with proven reserves and a detailed production plan which they are sticking to. I have high confidence in their management team and in the expectation of seeing a share price over $2 sooner rather than later.

When do you expect PKC to reach the Strain Report discounted value of $1.89 plus...?

Best Regards,

Ade W.
