Financial performance of this company looks excellent. I have a couple of questions/concerns, though, and wonder if anyone might address them:
- Is CSCO's purchase of SUMA a threat to XLSW, and if so, how serious?
- I noticed there were several filings for insiders intending to sell a large number of shares today. Danger sign or just rewards?
- Growth seems set to slow judging by estimates. Is that a problem relative to P/E?

Not trying to paint a negative picture - merely making sure I've assessed all the risks before jumping in.
Thanks!
