Good assessment in that post David.

Any community is, with right, unpleased not being able to provide itself.
ARET's TC is certainly in an outstanding position due to that.

Another great thing in that news is that fortune is being build together with the project. It's not a joint venture with other constructors, so the need for own provided cash to cover the 40% ownership should be rather low.

Assets increase with this project is bringing ARET well above the 10 cent shareprice IMHO.
