"Market Wizards--Jack Schwager" - I agree, I just finished reading this book a few days ago. It is a series of interviews with extremely successful traders, about how they got started, how they trade (details, suggestions) and things that separate winning traders from losing traders (mindsets, techniques, attitudes, etc). Some do commodities, some futures, some stocks, some options, etc. Jim Rogers was one of the traders interviewed, it was much more interesting than his Friday a.m. CNBC appearances would indicate - the guy knows his stuff. Most of these guys make over a million $/yr on trading, lots of them run money for clients as well as their own money, one guy turned $30,000 into millions. Their is also a "more market wizards" 2nd book, interviews with MORE successful traders, I'll be buying that one soon...
