Paul,
Let me get this right. You have spent the last two and a half years telling everyone that DWM is a fake. You are upset that you didn't go to the SEC when you got the prospectus to notify them that IAS was promoting a sham. IAS makes you and everyone else that is interested an offer to come to American Fork, sign a non-disclosure and witness whatever they have. You don't want to go because you have to sign the non-disclosure??? What are you afraid of? If it works and you have signed the non-disclosure, then you just won't be able to comment. If it doesn't work, then the non-disclosure isn't worth the paper it is written on.
If IAS hadn't made the offer to you and everyone else to witness DWM, then I would say that you would be more than justified in your position. The fact is, that you have chosen to ignore the offer and have presented a position that is based on your understanding of Shannon's limits and Nyquist without witnessing what IAS would gladly show you. Look's to me like we have a little ego thing going here. I personally would be very cautious about telling shareholders that the stock that they own is a sham, when you don't even know what they have.
Bite the bullet, take a trip. Show us all how right you are.
Jim
