MARK is one of my discoveries in this month's nt 10-k's and it is trading above $5 but it is an OTC stock. The filing is promising (for short sellers) since the responsible officers are getting a tan on a tropical island, but can these shares be shorted? The next question is for sure trivial (thanks for bearing with me): what does BB stand for(after OTC)?

Thanks,

Albert

These are reasons for the filing:

State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-K or Form 10-KSB,
11-K, 10-Q or 10-QSB, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could
not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Unforseeable demands on the time of corporate officers and the unavailability of
certain corporate officers have caused the Company to not be in a position to
file its Annual Report on Form 10-K on the original due date, July 29, 1998.
