Source:CBS MarketWatch NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- U.S. stocks look headed for a mixed-to-higher open on Wednesday with some analysts expecting buyers to come in at 52-week lows for some stocks and give an early boost to the markets. S&P futures are up 3.0 points ahead of trading amid a mixed performance in overseas market. "Maybe we have some bargain hunters out there now after yesterday's really big hit that will give the market an early lift," said Anthony O'Bryan, market analyst at A.G. Edwards. "We're getting toward the end of the month, and normally there's money coming in at that time. "Our own feeling is we're close to a bottom for this correction, but that's certainly not confirmed yet," In Tokyo, the Nikkei ended 43.55 points higher at 16,158.09 as former Prime Minister Kiichi Myazawa accepted the key financial post, but the weakened yen hurt neighboring markets. In an exclusive interview with CBS MarketWatch, Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin said that conditions in Thailand and South Korea "conditions remain difficult and will for, I think, quite some substantial time."
