According to my research Bico has approx 300 million shares on a fully diluted basis,

At 3.00 per share the company would have a value of 900,000,000 dollars.

The Disassnsor is not fully owned by BICO only about 50% the rest is owned by BICO insiders in a company called Diasense.

This means that at 3.00 the glucose monitor would be valued at 1.8 billion !!!!.

Also the Monitor sells for approx us $8000.00 and competes with a more accurrate model (invasive) of the same price and most home kits which sell for around $300.00. Many people needing this would require major HMO/Medicare reimbursemnet which will IMHO not be forthcoming except in the most critical of patioents.

Calibration of the instrument needs to be done at a special service center which again will be difficult for many elderly patients.

Not sure why this company trades for more than 1 penny per share. Or what all the excitment is about .

All the details are available from the company in their own reports at sec.gov

So don't take my word for on any of this and do your own DD
