Show me any statement that has been against IPM on this thread. As Zeev says better raise a newco as it is hard to raise IPM as it has so much old baggage that it will resist rehabilitation. For less money you can start a newco and then give each SH of IPM some of those shares so that in the fullness of time they will share in the (hoped for) success of newco and be repaid their IPM investment. I think there may be ghosts in the closet(secret deals that lurk) set there by prior management. Notice how the property is not IPMs. What else is there? As for hit count, what is a hit aware one?
