I don't mean to repeat this question but here it goes again...

Aleta,

Can you tell me what day this week is the Q & A with the company/ZULU investors suppose to happen? Do you know how it will be structured?

Would appreciate an answer... Respectfully submitted, CWIII

Why not ask (i) since Softbank previously announced the sale of 65% interest in SIM, when did it sell the remaining 35% interest and (ii) to whom.

It is possible that Softbank's remaining 35% interest has been bought out recently. That may have been part of merger/combination plan, and a reason for delay to date.

In any rate, I think it is just as important to find out to WHOM it sold that other 35% interest.

If 35% sold to management-related "interests", or P.H. interests, I would be most curious if Zulu-tek was ever offered the chance to buy the 35%. If not, why not?
