<OT>Durable goods stat.

Hi Lee,
So I guess the pundits were wrong,eh?

New orders for manufactured durable goods in June decreased $0.3 billion or 0.2 percent to $182.3 billion, the Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census reported today. This follows a 3.3 percent May decrease and is the fourth decrease this year. Excluding transportation, new orders increased 1.9 percent, the sixth increase in the last seven months. Year-to-date, new orders are 4.5 percent above the same period a year ago; new orders for the second quarter are 0.9 percent below first quarter.
