The new mantra on revitalizing is best expressed in NN's cc last night, the current pr twist is that "we're not launching new products we're launching new businesses.." A couple of years from now that concept will be old and it will read "we're not launching new businesses, we're launching customer partnerships." Then in seven years "we're not launching new customer partnerships, we're launching new products!"
