Bidding on Bay very positive about 1)financing, and 2)company. They now have the money to properly do business and put to rest the fears of running out of money. Last 7 months spent raising funds and now company can move ahead. Grodin in Ireland supposedly setting up deal. Much U.S. interest with possible Nasdaq listing by fall. Everything seems fine to me. Sure dilution is not good and yes it would have been great to do at high of 3.90, but life is not perfect. I repeat, look at companies like Amazon, Netscape, Egghead, etc, all losing money and will be for next two years yet some of them are over $100 so at 1.50, I think the risk here is minor compared to the potential, which is major IMO.
