Refer to the relevant SEC filings (8-K), freely available through EDGAR. These issues can easily become muddled in casual conversation. The wording in the SEC documents is quite specific and, in the end, what TSIG will be held accountable to.

You definitely got it wrong. Almost everyone know that
the CCI (Delaware) refered to on the website is a subsidiary created
by TSIG to acquire the assets of the former CCI (Nevada) now know as DP Enterprises.

Please read the latest 8-K. That's hard documented fact.
