Your confusion as to the relationship between Food Concepts, Viropro and Beacon Light stems from the fact that a proxy statement was prepared for Food Concepts from a "form document". This form document was a proxy statement of Beacon Light Mining (the prior name of blhg). When the Food Concepts proxy was submitted a draft version was edgarized and submitted to the SEC and mailed to the stockholders of Food Concepts. This error was immediately discovered and a revised proxy was edgarized and mailed to the shareholders of Food Concepts with a letter of explanation. There is no relationship between Food Concepts and Beacon Thank you for your interest.
