Why ?

Most cos., if they are tax-wise will incorporate in a tax free country and will only pay taxes is the country and on the sales in that country (unitary tax discussion excluded).

Most US brokers like Soloman are registered in the Virgin Islands.

There are experts out there that make millions in setting up cos. in tax free zones. These include the big 6 accounting firms

ANYONE have CURRENT US quote on SAP. It closed in Germany at 230 (not split in germany)
