Another element of this is that older boats cost a lot to maintain, and command lower day rates. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of TDW boats tied up at the pier. TMAR and HMAR have generally newer boats. Most customers don't want to be bothered with the reliability problems with older boats, unless the supply is very tight.
