JC, thanks for the response. However if financials are due out 120 days, does that put it at July 31, not August 15th. And I really think they are going to surprise all their supporters with their handling of the rights issue, considering they are not preannouncing the upcoming change. btw, the question I asked about was sales, not orders. According to the few people on this board the Company is not shipping anything (ie, no sales). And by the sound of your response earliest shipping dates now sounds like the December quarter. tz
