1)They were supposed to have gone out last week.

2)I know ESVS for sure. Not sure on ZULU, would guess so. Will find out.

3)Mr. Wachs and Mr. Hayton both said around mid August.

4)Financials will be released at the time the deal is done.

5)He said it was being tied up when I spoke with him about 2 weeks ago. I don't know if there will be an announcement, but I'm guessing yes. Will ask.

No problem as long as my fingers hold up. ;))

Also let me mention that I just spoke with Mark Wachs. He said the Q&A will be out by the end of next week and that all the rumors about management leaving are just that rumors. Mr. Burgess left along time ago, that shouldn't be new business. He said the company is moving right along in the combination process with no glitches and that we're in the right place at the right time.

Furthermore, all the negative comments and rumors coming from investors are hurting the company. The company is a year old and has accomplished a great deal in just that time. Analysts are beginning to look at this company. They are coming to our boards and they aren't going to like what they are seeing here.

Now this is me talking. People get a grip!!! Do you really own stock in either of these companies? All this garbage of this company is better then that company is pure hog wash. If you really believe that you've made a good investment in the future, then act like it. Show some faith that the process that is needed to make this a strong company for the future is being handle in the best interest of all of us.

You're only hurting your own interest by continuing to dis the company and by that I mean the "combined company", the end result... ESVS! Is that what you really want to do, shoot yourself in the foot?
