WHL:

I agree whole heartedly. I won't speculate here as to what happened to the stock but if the rumors I'm hearing are true, we're in for a fairly healthy move and quickly.

All the people who speculated management has been leaking 144 stock into the market or selling their own stock short will be eating crow.

On top of it all, in time I believe all will see we have one of the finest gold deposits in the world in the Santiago hard rock and placer properties.

Best Regards,

KMT

I agree but we need to hear all of the particulars from the company in a news release.I was told last friday by Ralph that a news release would PROBABLY be out that day.Now they are saying 10 days, what gives? I know that many people are saying that they want to release this information with the new geologists report ,WHY?..My fear is that they did issue more shares before they pulled the restricted shares and turned them preferred. If they did not then IMO they would have released the share info right away.

but if we gave up the andocollo (minimum value 25million
according to most posts) for elimination of $4 million worth
of stock, was it really such a good deal?? Perhaps
we could have sold it to day for $10 million instead,
had more cash, and secretly repurchased some of the float.

but then again it would cost a lot more than $4million to
openly purchase 26 million shares from the float and otherwise

now if 26 million shares are gone we should see the price
at least double on the official announcement, right???
