Or it could follow the footsteps of one that has been halted for 9 months. We really need to find out what the investigation is about. If it's over JC and the garage sell of 2mm shares I would imagine this could be de-listed and MTEI will have to IPO on it's on, which could take 3-6 months. I would imagine that the investigation will continue until a resolution is reached with the shares. I don't think JC is gonna step forward and say, "I'm sorry, here are your shares back".

The problem Forest is that we know something is wrong. A lawsuit has been filed and supposedly there are 100 million shares that where not reported in the merger. Speculation at this point is futile and only time will tell what the problem truly is and what the SEC intends to do about it. Mark C.

Forest, Those are my thought also. MTEI has been a pretty high profile BB stock for the past few months.....with a lot of unhappy people making complaints to the SEC. Maybe they're just taking action on the complaints.......That would explain why Jack had no knowledge of the happenings. Tina p.s. wishing us all the best.
