It is interesting to note that the disclaimer only exists on the "Actrade about to move to new highs" thread and not on the "Actrade going to zero" thread". The implication is that SI and the SEC are concerned about people such as PAID PROMOTERS BY THE COMPANY such as Zman etc promoting purchase of the shares. They are obviously not concerned about righteous citizens who are warning the public of the o obvious criminality and ill intent of the crooks running Actrade, in their dingy, ill-fitting suits.
