SRCM

I would have reshorted this morning but I had meetings. Oh well.

We ought to take a look at the group of "enterprise software" stocks -- I'm using this term generically to refer to the companies that provide software automation for sales, backoffice, etc. A lot of them have/are getting crushed: MANU, VNTV, and today SAVLY. SandWedge knows a little about this sector and has mentioned FILE as one to look at. I did a while ago, but didn't see anything compelling. But now another look may be warranted.

Also, if Clinton is forced to testify under grand jury, roughly when
will that be? A month, a year, after he is out of office?

Prediction: Whenever it is, it will be AFTER Monica testifies.
Prediction #2: He will go to the Supreme Court for a ruling that he need not comply with the subpena, or
Prediction #3: It will be worked out with Starr such that he doesn't have to actually go the the grand jury, but will use closed circuit TV or some such.(But that's still complying with the subpena for the most part.)

Bottom line: He won't appear voluntarily unless his advisors convince him he has no choice.
