GG: Why amend complaints? Would it not be easy to drop the complaints with a change in the stock? This would free up DAY to move forward, and even one better would be if DAY was to buy up FIRE...hmmmm... It could be a new firm with a new neat name....hmmmm....""The DAY'S of FIRE"" all kidding aside this thing needs to bogie or the bogeyman will be talking on this board real soon.
