I don't think so. I've asked for it to be ASAP and I've expalined the concerns to him in detail. I even told him what he could expect from his request. Let's face facts the reason ESVS went up when the business combination was announced in March was due too their Nasdaq listing. Analyst for funds aren't going to suggest to their fund managers to buy a penny stock, but they will suggest a Nasdaq stock. Trashing ESVS right now, especially on the ESVS board at Yahoo, could get analyst to turn their noses up at the whole thing. ZULU being acquired by a Nasdaq listed stock will give ZULU much needed credibility.
