Cliff, the financials will have to be filed with the SEC. They will be available for all to see. Also, are they going after the MM's, MTEI or ICVI? I'm not sure what you mean by that. They have halted trading to protect those who might buy MTEI stock until proper disclosure. I guess if they are "going after" anyone it is MTEI's management and insiders. For a preview of what may happen read the RMIL thread from mid December to mid Jan. Stock was halted for 2 weeks. Still not trading except on the pinks for 5 cents. Al
