Thank you for the research. It will be interesting to follow the investigation to determine the companies responsibilities in:

1 - Releasing adequate information for investors to disiminate and

2 - Dispelling misleading or non-factual information being circulated by others.

Any precedent will have a sweeping impact on the penny stock arena.

Were Gutman and/or Gort involved with MTEI?
