Mark , expectation of a VERY positive CNN presentation tonight

Lou Dobbs's CNNfn likes AAPL and Senor Jobs . It's a "World-wide" event , a perfect platform for a "revelation" of the " NEW APPLE " .

We are focused on the iMAC , but also entering AAPL's revenue stream is a successful SOFTWARE application operation (Defense Dept. health and web apps.) and Rhapsody/UNIX Server X OS .

The 9/1/98 Systems exhibition at SF's Seybold is "server" oriented and posted here by H. Evans a while back was the NEW APPLE's agenda:

" Learn about Apple's latest G3 computer systems, the world's fastest desktop computer, as well as a glimpse into future products - both hardware and software.

See National Instruments' brand-new line of PCI-based data acquisition cards for the Macintosh which offer astonishing performance and include completely PowerPC native drivers for ADC, GPIB, and VME solutions. (plus LabVIEW demo)

Learn about the exciting new G3 Unix Workstation, a special software bundle aimed directly at helping research scientists become more productive. This,b> new system can run three operating systems concurrently, and offers unparalleled management of your technical
workflow.

With the G3 Web Station you'll learn about the brand-new Apache web-server solution for Power Macintosh G3 systems. Create, Test and Deploy a web site all from one system

See a live demo of the G3 Unix Workstation and G3 Web Station
----------------------

Mentioned yesterday we will see investment funds move to IBM and AAPL as a realization a hardware company is only as good as its OS .

Move over product impaired INTC and MSFT , hello AAPL at $40 - $44 !

Regards,
Jim K.

07/29/98 Technology report CUPERTINO, Calif. - CompUSA Inc., the largest U.S. computer retailer, said advance orders for Apple Computer Inc.'s iMac have been stronger than expected after just two days of taking deposits on the new personal computer.

Best wishes
